At Jeff Nippard Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear and apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
